How these calculators work
Each CoBalance child support calculator is built from that state’s published guidelines, not a one-size-fits-all formula. You enter incomes, parenting time where the state uses it, and common child expenses. Entries are sent securely for calculation and are not stored by CoBalance.
Results are educational planning tools. They are not court orders, legal advice, or a replacement for a state’s official worksheet calculator.
